Dometic Fridge parts in this section of the website do not generally have a
photo. The intended method to find your part is:
1) Using the link below, go to our Dometic information pages
2) Select the Fridge model (Not all models are available)
3) Display the parts diagrams and read the 1-2 digit number
4) Just below that diagram will be a cross reference to the DOMETIC part number.
5) Eg. 5 = 1234 5678 / 9, we always add DD-
to the number, spaces make no difference, BUT do ignore
/ (forward slashes) so our part number will be DD-123456789
6) Finally, Search for that part number, and purchase in the normal way.
We are unlikely to be able to return DOMETIC ONLY parts ordered in error, so please take care when ordering - examine the diagram and part name before placing an order. Faulty items supplied should be returned within 7 days, for replacement.

CommentsThere is a knack to replacing these. Pull the hinges out from the sides of the freezer box, but do not totally remove the door. Rotate them forward. Line up the crosses on the door with the crosses on the hinges that attach to the door. When you have the new door in, and in the closed position, you need to wind the hinges back to maintain the spring tension. It is a good idea to have a second set of hands.
