Energize III® electronic brake controller features a patented sensing device that automatically monitors and measures tow vehicle deceleration and applies the trailer brakes in direct proportion. It reacts instantly to any change in brake pedal pressure and ensures controlled, smooth stops. The Energize III is available for all single and tandem axle trailers equipped with electronic brakes.
FeaturesThis product is designed to be used on any 12-volt negative ground vehicles. A full 12-volt output is provided with manual lever activation. Trailer and tow vehicle stoplights also operate automatically when the manual lever or trailer brakes are applied.
Energize III has a superior responsiveness. It has a fully adjustable gain setting wheel. Energize III is compatible with all electronic systems (ABS, cruise, etc.). Featuring a wide range of mounting positions, its perfect for steep dash surface mounting. It features easy adjustment and standard four-wire hookup. A patented pendulum sensing device using Hall Effect Technology is used for controlled, smooth stops. The red LED indicator displays braking intensity and warns of a short circuit.
