Windout Window
DELAY: These are not normally kept in stock
and must be sourced from the manufacturer for each order.
Windout windows comes standard with standard fly screens -
these may be replaced with 'MIDGESCREENS' which have a finer weave and will
exclude sand flies and other very small insects.
SQUARE or ROUND: The bottom corners may be
round or square depending on your window - please select correct part number.
The top corners are always square.
SIZE:
The screen size quoted is not the size of the
screen. It is quoted for the size window it will fit. But that's not all - the
window size is described as the hole in the wall. Eg. A screen 280h x 572w fits
the window that fits the wall hole 280mm high and 572mm wide.
HINT: Typically the screen is 30mm less that the quoted
window size.
INSTALLATION: These can be replaced by fully
opening the window, placing a butter knife under a rubber edge (from outside
the RV) and peeling off. Take care near the centre at the top as this is were
the join is.
It is best to the soak the new screen in a bucket of warm
water and start the installation at the top corners - it just presses onto the
lip. You may need to use a flat screw driver to run along the top edge if your
fingers will not fit in the gap.
